Aircraft Manager I (Aerospace)

Location: Mobile Area, Alabama, United States; onsite 100%

hirify.global operates a U.S. commercial aircraft manufacturing facility producing A320 Family and A220 aircraft.

What you will do

• Manage assigned aircraft folios, non-conformities, customer findings, and flightline issues throughout assembly and flight testing until handover.
• Track aircraft progress, prepare MSN status reports, analyze inflow data, and define daily priorities with Station Managers.
• Prepare aircraft documentation for internal quality gates and lead FOT meetings to drive timely closure of folio points and non-conformities.
• Document escalations in Tandem, act as the L1 link to ACM IIs, and provide complete information for problem solving.
• Plan working parties for major aircraft issues and coordinate corrective actions with production, quality, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Support national and international projects and ensure production milestones are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or technician training in an aviation-manufacturing technical field.
• At least 3 years of experience in aviation-related fields, manufacturing planning, or manufacturing project management.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.
• Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office, supply chain, and quality management.
• Effective problem-solving, negotiation, conflict-management, communication, and deadline-management skills.
• Must be eligible for employment in the United States without sponsorship.
