Terminal Manager (Energy Operations)

What you will do

• Lead seven Shift Supervisors and take overall responsibility for safe, compliant and efficient terminal operations.
• Champion a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with HSSE requirements, Safety Case obligations, WorkSafe and EPA requirements.
• Maintain emergency response readiness through procedure reviews, training exercises and equipment assurance.
• Lead workforce capability, training, competency development and succession planning.
• Drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, asset integrity, maintenance and capital improvement programs.
• Manage relationships with regulators, local government, community representatives, business partners and operational stakeholders.

Requirements

• Full working rights for employment in Australia are required.
• Experience leading operational teams in industrial, energy, manufacturing, logistics, terminal or process environments.
• Experience managing terminal operations, asset management programs and capital project delivery.
• Strong understanding of HSSE systems, regulatory compliance and safe work practices.
• Strong people leadership, communication and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to balance business, stakeholder and operational priorities.
