Analyst, Business Analytics (Healthcare)

Location: Remote, U.S. based; may require 5% travel

Salary: $70,000–$78,500 per year

What you will do

• Generate ad hoc analytics and standard reports for healthcare and social-services customers.
• Use data visualizations and slide decks to communicate analysis and actionable insights to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Write basic SQL queries against large relational datasets and use Excel for supplemental analyses and visualizations.
• Collaborate with product management and data engineering on user acceptance testing for analytics dashboards and DaaS products.
• Build expertise in the data model and contribute to learning, peer review, and collaborative problem-solving.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of full-time experience in healthcare-related analytics, reporting, software, or consulting.
• Experience using SQL, R, or another coding language.
• Strong data visualization skills and the ability to develop and present analyses and reports to varied audiences.
• Ability to use diverse data assets, apply critical thinking, and solve complex analytical problems.
• At least a four-year degree from an accredited institution, preferably in economics, business, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related field.
• Successful completion of a background check covering criminal, employment, and education verification.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI agents for data analysis, visualization, or operational tasks.
• Familiarity with data visualization software.
