VP, Product Management (Real Estate)

Location: Remote

Annual base salary: $110,000–$165,000

What you will do

• Align product decisions, solution vision, roadmaps, releases, and outcomes with organizational strategy.
• Represent the voice of the customer through user interviews, stakeholder engagement, and customer problem validation.
• Evaluate, prepare, prioritize, and deliver epics, features, and user stories for cross-functional Delivery Teams.
• Maintain an actionable backlog with clear acceptance criteria and manage risks, impediments, and dependencies.
• Coordinate product releases, change management, release notes, and communication with clients and internal users.
• Create and monitor metrics, and mentor, coach, and train team members as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of relevant industry experience, including 2+ years at AVP level or an equivalent role.
• At least 5 years of increasing responsibility in product or service development and measuring solution value.
• 7+ years of experience with solution design, full-stack development techniques, end-user usability, and UX design.
• Experience with data engineering, logical data models, big data, application infrastructure, system architecture, operating systems, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, stakeholder management, Agile, backlog management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
