Distribution Supervisor (1st Shift)

Location: Clinton, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite role combining office administration with physical work on production and warehouse floors

Salary: $73,200–$117,800 per year

What you will do

• Coordinate daily outbound operations for LTL, international, CAT, and Hazmat shipments.
• Monitor workflow through WMS queues, hot lists, Power BI reports, exception reports, and operational metrics.
• Oversee trailer loading, shipment quality, dock organization, and timely resolution of workflow bottlenecks.
• Lead, coach, and support team members; manage performance, check-ins, staffing, attendance, and progressive discipline.
• Conduct safety, PPE, powered industrial truck, housekeeping, and quality checks, coordinating equipment repairs when needed.
• Maintain SOPs and job aids, support workflow improvements, and coordinate cross-functional operations during volume spikes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED with at least three years of manufacturing and distribution experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong willingness to learn.
• Ability to perform office-based administrative work and physical floor duties, including walking, standing, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work across varying temperatures and noise levels while shifting between detailed cognitive work and physical tasks.

Nice to have

• Associate degree in a related field.
• Previous supervisory or lead experience in a distribution setting.
