Human Resources Intern

Location: Remote

What you will do

• Organize and maintain employee documents, HRMS records, trackers, and reports.
• Coordinate employee meetings, onboarding, and offboarding formalities.
• Support performance management, employee relations, vendor management, and employee engagement activities.
• Assist with documenting and rolling out HR policies and initiatives.
• Support recruitment activities and related hiring documentation.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR functions, including employee relations, HR operations, and recruitment.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Good working knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

• 3–6 months of experience in a human resources or administrative role.
• People-first approach and basic understanding of HR terminology.
• Familiarity with labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
• Familiarity with ATS and HRMS platforms.
