Focus on leading projects that influence business decisions, presenting recommendations to HR leaders, and developing practical HR expertise in a large railroad organization.
Location: Fort Worth, Texas, United States. Full-time role with one remote day per week; relocation is required for candidates located more than 50 miles from the work location. Reliable transportation is required.
Monthly salary: $4,375.

What you will do
- Lead and participate in HR projects that influence business decisions and the organization’s future.
- Partner with HR teams to share insights, develop recommendations, and present proposals to team leaders and senior HR leaders.
- Gain hands-on exposure to talent acquisition, employee relations, organizational development, hiring, performance management, and talent development.
- Contribute to strategic HR initiatives supporting efficiency, safety, and operational excellence.
- Complete practical training and ongoing departmental projects after a two-day orientation in Fort Worth.
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship assistance, including H-1B, STEM OPT/CPT, or TN status.
- At least 18 years old upon hire.
- Pursuing a bachelor’s or graduate degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business, or a similar program at an accredited university.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75.
- Less than three years of professional work experience, excluding internships, part-time jobs, and positions held while pursuing a degree.
- Strong leadership, teamwork, communication, adaptability, resilience, and deadline-management skills.
Nice to have
- Prior internship or professional experience in Human Resources or a related field.
- Leadership experience in a campus, community, or extracurricular organization.
- A degree focused on Human Resources or Industrial Psychology.
