Human Resources Intern

Location: Monroe, Michigan, United States; hybrid work model with remote work available two days per week

What you will do

• Support the Human Resources Department through projects and practical HR activities.
• Develop business acumen and learn company strategy, processes, and operations.
• Collaborate with fellow interns, HR colleagues, senior leaders, and employees across the organization.
• Work with sensitive information while maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Present internship accomplishments and feedback to leaders and other interns at the end of the season.
• Travel or drive when required by assigned responsibilities.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a four-year Bachelor's degree program focused on Human Resources, with 2–3 years completed.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to handle highly sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to meet applicable driver program qualifications when travel or driving is required.
