Senior Associate, Warehouse Planning & Master Data

What you will do

• Develop and continuously improve warehouse capacity models covering storage types, material flows, receiving, shipping, and operational constraints.
• Translate manufacturing plans, inventory strategies, and material requirements into capacity scenarios, risks, and recommended actions.
• Plan external warehouse capacity, including demand projections, storage requirements, inventory movements, and operational readiness.
• Manage warehouse-related master data, data-quality checks, standards, ownership, and governance routines.
• Apply AI-enabled tools, automation, and reusable models to improve scenario analysis, reporting, and data validation.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Leadership, Planning, Procurement, Industrial Engineering, Global Master Data, and AIN teams.

Requirements

• High school/GED plus 4 years of relevant experience; or an associate degree plus 2 years; or a bachelor’s degree plus 6 months; or a master’s degree.
• Relevant experience may include supply chain, warehouse operations, industrial engineering, data analytics, or information systems.
• Experience with warehouse capacity analysis, inventory management, material flow, warehouse operations, or external warehouse planning.
• Experience with master data in SAP, an ERP system, warehouse management systems, or planning tools.
• Strong analytical, data governance, communication, and continuous-improvement skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data visualization or reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI; SAP or Kinaxis RapidResponse experience is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, manufacturing, logistics, or another GMP-regulated environment.
• Experience applying AI-enabled tools, automation, or advanced analytics.
• Knowledge of warehouse storage types, utilization, receiving, shipping, and material-flow principles.
