Principal Supply Chain Analyst (AI)

Location: San Jose, California, with a secondary office in Irvine, California; onsite at the San Jose Great Oaks Headquarters

Salary: $124,700–$166,200 per year

What you will do

• Improve manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, and business processes to increase capacity, reduce lead time, and eliminate non-value-added work.
• Analyze supply plan mismatches, customer demand, order fulfillment, material capacity, backlog, and excess or obsolete inventory.
• Consolidate shipments, orders, inventory, forecasts, and transactional data for management reporting and operational analytics.
• Administer Oracle ERP activities, maintain production and inventory data, and participate in requirements gathering, solution design, UAT, implementation, and validation.
• Perform inventory reconciliations, manufacturing variance analysis, inventory reserve validation, and revenue audit support.
• Document end-to-end logistics processes, develop process maps and SOPs, coordinate cross-functional reviews, and support internal and external audits.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in supply chain, business analysis, logistics, internal or external audit, or revenue operations.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP, plus risk, control, and audit tools.
• Experience documenting process flows with Visio or Lucidchart and implementing cross-functional SOPs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Experience with BI and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau, SQL and Excel, SOX or internal controls, and AI-enabled automation or digital transformation initiatives.
