Global Product Planning Manager (Semiconductor)

Location: Austin, Texas or Santa Clara, California, United States. Onsite role with approximately 20% travel; relocation is not eligible.

Salary: $96,000–$132,000 per year, plus potential bonus and stock awards.

What you will do

• Lead demand forecasting, inventory management, ramp planning, and transition planning for designated products.
• Own planning deliverables across new product introduction, transitions, ramp, and end-of-life stages.
• Design scalable planning methodologies, workflows, tools, data models, and visualizations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Service Business Units, Business Units, and Engineering to align planning with business priorities.
• Assess supply, demand, cost, availability, and service-performance risks and provide recommendations to leadership.
• Lead funded projects, track product performance, implement corrective actions, and mentor junior planners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience, including at least 6 years in inventory, supply, material, or demand planning.
• Semiconductor industry experience is required. Service Parts, Warranty, or Service Planning experience is preferred.
• Experience defining, measuring, and controlling KPIs and developing data-driven planning solutions.
• Functional knowledge of ERP and supply chain planning systems such as SAP, SPP, or Oracle.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, critical-thinking, leadership, and business judgment skills.

Nice to have

• MBA.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or SQL.
• Service Parts, Warranty, or Service Planning experience.
