Senior Specialist, Supply Chain

Location: Billerica, Massachusetts; San Luis Obispo, California; Chaska, Minnesota; or Colorado Springs, Colorado. This is an onsite role. Immigration-related sponsorship is not available, including H1B, TN, and STEM OPT sponsorship.

Salary: $100,000–$115,000 per year, with actual pay dependent on overall skills.

What you will do

• Identify and resolve material shortages, cross-plant constraints, supply chain delays, and delivery risks across the end-to-end supply chain.
• Develop contingency plans for supply disruptions and communicate risks, tradeoffs, scenarios, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Represent Global Supply Planning in operations planning, daily production escalations, leadership reporting, and working sessions.
• Monitor supply chain operations and coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, planning, and operations teams.
• Analyze supply chain performance data, improve ERP settings, and partner with the Power BI Center of Excellence.
• Develop strategies and reports that reduce costs, improve efficiency, and support business goals.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of supply chain management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Supply Chain, or Industrial Distribution.
• Hands-on experience with SAP MRP/ERP.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Access and complex databases, with the ability to turn data into actionable decisions.
• Ability to apply statistical methods to supply chain and inventory concepts, including safety stock and target stocking levels.
• Strong communication, influence, problem-solving, decision-making, and cross-functional leadership skills.
