Financial Advisor CIRO-MFD

Location: Simcoe, Ontario, Canada; on-site full-time. The role may require working at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance, including evenings and weekends.

What you will do

• Build and grow a dedicated client portfolio through relationship management and exceptional client service.
• Provide tailored advice across day-to-day banking, investments, lending, financial planning, and estate planning.
• Develop local-market sales plans, convert leads, generate opportunities, and increase referrals.
• Use credit and investment solutions to deliver needs-based recommendations and support client goals.
• Attend local events and participate in marketing and outreach activities to strengthen community connections.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience providing financial advice, establishing client relationships, and achieving performance targets.
• Current accreditation and good standing in the Canadian Securities Course, Canadian Investments Funds Course, or Investment Funds in Canada Course, with eligibility for CIRO-MFD licensing.
• For Quebec roles: current AMF licensing accreditation, completion of CIFC or CSC, and Registered Retirement Consultant certification.
• Must be legally eligible to work at the specified location and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.
• Strong client engagement, relationship-building, networking, business development, and financial advising skills.
• Flexibility to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends.
