Associate Financial Advisor - Joliette

Location: On-site full-time in Joliette-Ste-Anne & Manseau, Joliette, QC; flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance is required.

What you will do

• Meet with personal and small business clients to understand their priorities and provide personalized financial plans.
• Advise clients on investment, financial, credit, mortgage, and retail banking solutions.
• Manage a portfolio of mortgage clients and deepen client relationships.
• Build relationships through networking, outreach, outbound calls, and community and banking centre events.
• Refer clients to Imperial Service, Business Banking, and other appropriate partners.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and support their digital banking needs.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience providing financial advice and achieving sales results through advice-based conversations.
• Current accreditation and good standing in a Mutual Funds License through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds in Canada.
• Eligibility to meet CIRO-MFD licensing requirements.
• Client-focused, goal-oriented, detail-oriented, and strong in critical thinking and relationship building.
• Legally eligible to work at the specified Canadian location; a valid work or study permit is required where applicable.
• Flexibility to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends.

• Current accreditation and good standing in CFSA (Certificate of Financial Services Advice).
