What you will do

• Prepare and validate trading documentation for subscriptions, redemptions, and transfer trades in line with client requirements.
• Compile and review AML/KYC due-diligence packages for submission to fund administrators.
• Process custody trade settlements, including wire instructions and verification callbacks.
• Monitor trading deadlines to ensure all trades are executed, confirmed, and reconciled on time.
• Maintain full ownership of the end-to-end trade workflow and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to resolve trade-related queries and discrepancies.

Requirements

• University degree with a concentration in finance, accounting or related fields.
• 1-2 years of experience in the fund administration industry, specifically in Client Delivery, Investor Delivery, or AML/KYC processes.
• Understanding of fund order execution, settlements, fund structures, and AML/FATCA requirements.
• Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Excel and Adobe PDF.
• Ability to prioritize time-sensitive issues and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in client trading.
• Working knowledge of SWIFT (Securities and Payment messages) and processing wires.
