What you will do
- Meet with personal and small business clients to understand their priorities and recommend personalized financial, investment, and credit solutions.
- Manage a portfolio of mortgage clients and deepen client relationships individually or as part of a team.
- Build relationships through networking, outreach, referrals, and community and banking centre events.
- Identify growth and revenue opportunities among existing and prospective clients through outbound calls and advice-based conversations.
- Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and support their digital banking needs.
- Refer clients to Imperial Service, Business Banking, and other appropriate partners when required.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience providing financial advice and achieving sales results through advice-based conversations.
- Current accreditation and good standing in a Mutual Funds License through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds in Canada.
- Eligibility for CIRO-MFD licensing.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada at the specified location, with a valid work or study permit where applicable.
- Strong client service, critical thinking, relationship-building, communication, and business development skills.
- Goal-oriented, detail-focused, collaborative, curious, and committed to trust, teamwork, and accountability.

- Current accreditation and good standing in CFSA (Certificate of Financial Services Advice).
