What you will do

• Lead UAT efforts across multiple applications and integrated systems.
• Develop test plans, define testing scope and scenarios, and establish entry and exit criteria.
• Execute manual, exploratory, regression, and end-to-end tests covering functionality, usability, data hirify.global, integrations, and edge cases.
• Use AI-driven testing processes and validate data flows between internal platforms and external systems.
• Document, track, retest, and validate defects while maintaining test cases, results, and summary reports.
• Collaborate with product owners, engineers, scrum masters, and business stakeholders to assess risks and release readiness.

Requirements

• Experience as a Quality Analyst, UAT Tester, or similar manual testing role.
• Strong expertise in test planning, test case creation, execution, and documentation.
• Understanding of complex systems, data flows, system integrations, and end-to-end business processes.
• Experience managing defects with Jira or similar tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple testing efforts.
• Familiarity with agile delivery environments and iterative development cycles.

Nice to have

• ISTQB, Agile Testing, or similar quality-related certification.
