Quality Assurance Analyst (OneStream)

What you will do

• Support and execute System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing for OneStream implementations.
• Develop comprehensive test cases and scripts based on business requirements, process designs, and controls.
• Verify system functionality and configuration against approved functional and technical requirements.
• Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution and retesting.
• Validate end-to-end processing from source data through calculations, reconciliations, and reporting outputs.
• Participate in go-live support, hypercare, and post-production validation to ensure operational stability.

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• 5-10+ years of experience in quality assurance, testing, or system certification for enterprise applications.
• Experience supporting OneStream, ERP, EPM, or financial management system implementations.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of test planning, script development, and defect management methodologies.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participant).

Nice to have

• Experience supporting federal financial management, budgeting, or accounting systems.
• Knowledge of testing tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, HP ALM, or TestRail.
• Familiarity with federal financial controls and reporting validation processes.
• Experience working within compliance-driven environments requiring formal testing governance.
