Quality Assurance Analyst (OneStream)

What you will do

• Plan and execute System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, regression testing, and production readiness activities.
• Develop test cases, scripts, and validation scenarios from business requirements, process designs, controls, and expected system behavior.
• Validate financial processes, calculations, workflows, reports, dashboards, interfaces, reconciliations, and end-to-end data flows.
• Document, prioritize, track, retest, and help resolve defects with developers, functional consultants, and stakeholders.
• Maintain test evidence, execution logs, traceability records, defect documentation, and deployment sign-off materials.
• Support agency certification, go-live, hypercare, business readiness, and post-production validation.

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, accounting, finance, business administration, computer science, or a related field.
• 5–10+ years of experience in quality assurance, testing, validation, or system certification for enterprise applications.
• Experience with OneStream, ERP, EPM, financial management, or enterprise business system implementations.
• Strong knowledge of test planning, script development, execution, defect management, regression testing, and sign-off processes.
• Ability to translate requirements, process flows, controls, and reporting needs into structured test scenarios and validation procedures.

Nice to have

• Federal financial management, budgeting, accounting, reporting, or performance management experience.
• Knowledge of federal controls, reconciliation, data validation, interface testing, and reporting certification.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, HP ALM, TestRail, or similar testing tools.
• Experience with Agile, hybrid Agile, or waterfall implementations and agency certification activities.
• Previous experience working with a federal agency or Department of War experience.
