HR Coordinator

Target hiring salary: $62,520–$74,000 per year. Summary pay range: $62,520–$93,780 per year.

What you will do

• Execute HR processes related to employment compliance, payroll, absence management, time tracking, benefits administration, and employee data.
• Support employee onboarding and provide responsive service for employee-facing HR processes.
• Maintain accurate HR records and enter transactions in HR information systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve the quality, speed, efficiency, and cost of HR processes.
• Maintain the HR Operations knowledge database and gather and report operational metrics.
• Support employee relations processes, policy communication, and routine issue resolution.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience desired.
• Working knowledge of HR operations, policies, standards, and procedures.
• Knowledge of business process improvement and information capture practices.
• Ability to provide quality service, maintain accuracy, and handle detailed information.
• Understanding of employee relations rights, obligations, and legal requirements.
• Successful completion of a drug screen is required as a condition of employment.
