HR Coordinator (Manufacturing)

Salary: $50,800–$69,900 per year

What you will do

• Develop, implement, and support HR initiatives in partnership with plant leadership.
• Manage the employee uniform program and coordinate with the uniform vendor.
• Support hourly job bidding, schedule interviews, and conduct interviews during mass hiring.
• Lead recruiting and new-hire orientation for full-time and temporary hourly employees.
• Administer HRIS, employee files, FMLA and other leave processes, benefits, disability, and wellness programs.
• Support employee relations, performance management, talent development, compensation administration, and timely complaint resolution.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree required.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting hourly employees and operational departments.
• Ability to identify qualifying leave requests, coordinate with third-party vendors, and track leave cases.
• Ability to support HR metrics, policy application, employee communications, and compliance activities.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Prior HR experience in a plant or warehouse setting.
