Service Tech 1 (Industrial Equipment)

Location: Nashville, Tennessee, USA; field service at customer facilities

What you will do

• Install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors.
• Work independently or in small teams in a field service environment.
• Serve as a technical resource for customers and the sales force.
• Act as a primary customer contact and provide customer service.
• Work outdoors, at heights, and lift up to 100 pounds.

Requirements

• Experience with welding and mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Ability to work independently in a field environment.
• Good customer service skills.
• Ability to drive a company vehicle with a clean driving record.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test and DOT physical.
