What you will do

• Repair and maintain diesel and non-diesel trucks, refuse bodies, chassis components, and related fleet equipment.
• Diagnose and repair engines, diesel fuel systems, aftertreatment and REGEN systems, transmissions, drivetrains, steering, and suspension systems.
• Service air and hydraulic braking systems, hydraulic and electrical controls, heating and air conditioning systems.
• Use scan tools and other electronic equipment to identify malfunctions and diagnose electrical concerns.
• Perform line maintenance, welding, fabrication, inspections, and on-road repairs as needed.
• Complete company training programs and support drivers operating the fleet.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience working as a technician on heavy-duty trucks.
• Ability to diagnose multi-system issues and demonstrate technical expertise.
• Ability to independently perform inspections and repairs in areas including suspension and steering, engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical systems, hydraulics, drivetrains, and diesel emissions.
• Valid driver's license.
• Preferred CDL Class B or higher; ASE Heavy Truck Certifications T1–T8 are advantageous but not required.

Nice to have

• LNG and/or CNG experience.
• CDL Class B or higher.
• ASE Heavy Truck Certifications T1–T8.
