Export Manager (Logistics)

Salary: $70,304 annually plus discretionary bonus and benefits

What you will do

• Manage and further develop the air and ocean export department across operations, finance, sales, people, systems, and culture.
• Build business plans, monitor productivity indicators, improve process efficiency, and control operational costs.
• Maintain compliance with company procedures, government regulations, customer requirements, and documented standard operating procedures.
• Develop vendor relationships with airlines, shipping lines, trucking companies, and other logistics providers.
• Support budgeting, financial performance, freight yields, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and customer revenue analysis.
• Develop export business, support customer retention, provide pricing and routing solutions, and lead team development.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of operations experience and people management.
• Proven leadership background, strong market and product knowledge, and negotiation skills.
• Effective interpersonal, listening, comprehension, and communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, and Copilot.
• Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week, at the San Diego location.
