Global Operations Specialist (Logistics)

Salary: $27.69 per hour base salary, excluding bonus, equity, and benefits

What you will do

• Execute ocean and air freight shipments from origin booking through final delivery.
• Coordinate with transportation and warehousing partners to keep shipments moving in transit.
• Track shipment status, validate schedules, and maintain the accuracy of client data.
• Handle shipment exceptions and help ensure deliveries meet quality standards and timelines.
• Use performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Follow standard operating procedures, KPIs, and SLAs while working cross-functionally.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or associate's degree, or at least one year of relevant experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Google Suite or Microsoft Suite, including Sheets or Excel.
• Compliance-first mindset in a heavily regulated industry.
