Location: Bronx, New York; 100% field-based position working within the Bronx

Salary: $23.23–$39.61 per hour

What you will do

• Educate and assist consumers with enrollment in NY State of Health Marketplace programs, including Medicaid, Child Health Plus, Essential Plan, Qualified Health Plans, and HARP.
• Explain eligibility, premium tax credits, cost-sharing reductions, plan benefits, deductibles, co-pays, co-insurance, and Marketplace metal tiers.
• Support renewals, recertifications, document submission, premium payments, and follow-up on enrollment leads and consumer inquiries.
• Teach members to use Fidelis digital tools, including the member portal and mobile app.
• Conduct public education presentations and participate in ACA forums, workshops, and community events.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, application dashboards, activity tracking, and confidential applicant information.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills and prior public speaking experience.
• Two or more years of experience in managed care, sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
• Must complete and pass the NY State of Health approved training program and annual recertification requirements.
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends; a driver's license is preferred for NYC counties.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Arabic, Bengali, Hindi, Urdu, or Spanish.
• Experience providing culturally and linguistically appropriate assistance.
