What you will do

• Educate and assist consumers with enrollment in Medicaid, Child Health Plus, Essential Plan, Qualified Health Plans, and Health & Recovery Plan coverage through the NY State of Health Marketplace.
• Explain eligibility, premium tax credits, cost-sharing reductions, plan features, deductibles, co-pays, co-insurance, and Marketplace metal tiers.
• Support document submission, premium payments, renewals, recertifications, and follow-up for enrollment leads and consumer inquiries.
• Teach members to use Fidelis digital tools, including the member portal and mobile app.
• Conduct public education presentations, ACA forums, workshops, and community events.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking while safeguarding protected health information.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills and prior public speaking experience.
• Two or more years of experience in managed care, sales, customer service, or a related field preferred.
• Must complete and pass the NY State of Health approved training program and annual recertification requirements.
• Evening and weekend availability is required; a driver's license is preferred for NYC counties.
