OSC Commercial Director (Construction)

Location: Dallas, TX; 5-day physical co-location in the Dallas office required. Travel to regional markets and project sites is required at an estimated rate of less than 10%.

What you will do

• Lead Commercial Managers, Leads, and Specialists across active regions and standardize commercial operating procedures.
• Oversee portfolio-wide buyout, budgeting, forecasting, financial controls, contract execution, and project reporting.
• Manage subcontractor contracts, buyout logs, bids, letters of intent, scopes of work, schedules of values, purchase orders, and change orders.
• Administer Procore workflows and compliance, including purchase orders, allowances, dashboards, pay applications, and project closeout.
• Own the national scope-of-work library, version control, and cross-regional lessons-learned process.
• Support regional expansion by onboarding teams, adjusting resources, and establishing commercial capabilities in new markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of experience in construction operations or commercial management, including at least 7 years in senior leadership overseeing multi-project or multi-region portfolios.
• Experience managing geographically distributed teams across multiple markets and leading standardization or operating-model transformation.
• Strong knowledge of Procore, Autodesk BIM 360, Primavera P6, project management applications, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to work physically from Dallas, TX Monday through Friday.
