What you will do

• Develop and execute the strategy for the Insurance Managed Services business.
• Build, commercialize, and scale managed services across underwriting, policy administration, claims, finance, compliance, data, reporting, and insurance platforms.
• Design repeatable delivery models combining insurance expertise, standardized processes, technology, automation, AI, analytics, and onshore, nearshore, and offshore resources.
• Lead the transition from project-based consulting to long-term managed services relationships covering transition, operations, optimization, and continuous improvement.
• Serve as executive sponsor and trusted advisor to strategic insurance clients and senior business leaders.
• Drive go-to-market activity, strategic pursuits, recurring revenue growth, service governance, profitability, and operational performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, insurance, risk management, information systems, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in insurance, managed services, BPO, consulting, professional services, or technology-enabled delivery.
• Deep knowledge of insurance operations, including underwriting, policy administration, claims, finance, compliance, data, reporting, and supporting technologies.
• Experience building, scaling, or transforming insurance managed services, operations, BPO, shared services, or recurring delivery organizations.
• Experience with managed services operating models, governance, KPIs, SLAs, controls, quality, regulatory requirements, and performance improvement.
• Strong commercial, financial, go-to-market, client relationship, and revenue growth experience.
