What you will do

• Lead the department team and create an inclusive, collaborative, and entrepreneurial store culture.
• Manage the omni-channel customer experience, customer service, loyalty app promotion, and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Analyze sales and budget goals, identify commercial opportunities, and create plans to improve results and profitability.
• Recruit, onboard, schedule, evaluate, upskill, and develop team members, including succession planning.
• Coordinate visual merchandising, fashion and product presentation, stock levels, garment care, and store standards.
• Oversee operational routines, in-store technology, fitting rooms, checkout, opening and closing procedures, and compliance with legal and safety requirements.

• Strong leadership skills and willingness to take responsibility for others.
• Effective communication, supportive management style, ambition, and achievement orientation.
• Analytical problem-solving ability, comfort working with numbers, and experience managing statistics.
• Customer-centric mindset with awareness of fashion trends, products, competitors, and relevant influencers.
• Ability to work at the Miami, Florida store location.
