2027 Investment Banking Analyst I - US Middle Markets - Milwaukee

Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States; onsite at 411 E Wisconsin Ave Ste 1850

Salary: $105,000 annually for the Milwaukee market, based on experience, qualifications, and location.

What you will do

• Conduct industry research and financial analysis to support business development and client recommendations.
• Build valuation analyses, including comparable public company and precedent transaction analyses.
• Develop financial models and customer data analyses.
• Prepare pitch books, presentations, confidential information presentations, teasers, management presentations, and other transaction materials.
• Support due diligence and coordinate calls and meetings with clients and potential buyers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Capital Markets teams throughout transaction execution.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline, with graduation in May 2027 or earlier.
• Strong analytical ability and knowledge of valuation techniques and accounting principles.
• Experience preparing high-quality client documents and presentations.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, writing, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Flexibility to manage multiple projects, shifting priorities, and demanding client timelines.
• Must be legally eligible to work at the specified location and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.
