hirify.globalss="what-you-will-do">What you will do

• Lead due diligence for public and private market investment strategies across the firm’s investment platforms.
• Evaluate investment managers, including philosophy, portfolio construction, risk management, organizational stability, ownership, succession planning, and operational controls.
• Analyze manager financial statements, capital structures, profitability, revenue sources, and business stability.
• Lead manager meetings, due diligence calls, and on-site visits while documenting investment and operational risks.
• Prepare reports and recommendation memorandums and present findings to the hirify.global Investment Committee and senior leadership.
• Monitor approved managers and strategies, maintain research databases and scorecards, and coordinate reviews with compliance, operations, trading, and portfolio implementation teams.

hirify.globalss="requirements">Requirements

• Four or more years of relevant investment industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CFA Charterholder designation.
• Series 7 License and Series 63, 65, or 66 License.
• Experience with investment due diligence, manager research, investment consulting, or institutional research, including public and private market strategies.
• Advanced financial modeling, analytical, research, presentation, and regulatory or fiduciary governance capabilities.
