Fund Monitoring - Analyst

Location: Boca Raton, Florida, United States; office work Monday–Thursday with remote work available on Friday

Salary: $65,000–$80,000 per year, plus equity and an annual performance bonus

hirify.global provides a platform for private market fund investments and related monitoring, reporting, and governance services.

What you will do

• Monitor fund performance across private equity, private credit, and real asset offerings.
• Prepare call summaries, investment updates, talking points, performance analytics, and fund-level financial models.
• Track macroeconomic developments through regular engagement with fund managers.
• Attend Annual General Meetings on behalf of hirify.global and receive updates from fund managers.
• Maintain the internal Confluence fund monitoring database.
• Prepare analysis for governance projects, including secondary sales and investment oversight decisions, and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; progress toward the CFA or CAIA is preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience; private markets, investment banking, asset management, or investment consulting experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with financial analysis and modeling; Excel proficiency is required.
• Interest in and willingness to learn about alternative investments, with strong organization and attention to detail.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to approximately 10% as required.
