Stores Operative (Offshore Wind)

Location: Onshore in Grimsby, United Kingdom; must live within commuting distance of Grimsby

What you will do

• Order, receive, pick, pack, issue, and dispatch inventory for service operations and crew transfer vessels.
• Record and control stock movements in SAP and on paper, maintaining accurate and auditable records.
• Pack tools and parts and complete dangerous-goods manifests and container documentation.
• Manage calibrated tools, safety equipment, and secured inventory.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized stores environment, including 5S audits and equipment maintenance.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and provide logistics support to the site Operations team.

Requirements

• Experience in stores operations or material control.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage an independent workload, and adapt to changing requirements.
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation.
• IT literacy, particularly with MS Office applications and SAP.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to build stakeholder relationships.
• Must be physically available at the project location and live within commuting distance of Grimsby.
