Laboratory Stores Technician (Petrochemicals)

Location: Rossmore Business Park, Ellesmere Port, United Kingdom. Onsite laboratory stores role, Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week. A full UK driving licence is required.

What you will do

• Receive, book in, store, track, and retrieve laboratory samples and equipment.
• Carry out stock checks and order consumables to maintain appropriate supply levels.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and suppliers regarding deliveries and queries.
• Support the safe dispatch of samples, including shipments covered by Dangerous Goods regulations.
• Dispose of petrochemical products after testing and help maintain quality, safety, and service standards.

Requirements

• Experience managing stock, materials, deliveries, or inventory in a warehouse, production, retail, logistics, or similar environment.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfort using IT systems and Microsoft Office.
• Confident communication with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
• Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced team environment.
• Full UK driving licence required.
