Warehouse/Material Operator (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Sort and arrange materials for storage according to established guidelines.
• Pick components from stock for dispatch, assembly feeding, and final pallet packing.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records and movements.
• Transport boxes and complete collection, storage, and other warehouse activities.
• Follow established procedures and collaborate with colleagues across departments.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar warehouse or materials-handling environment.
• Experience with inventory management, stock rotation, order picking, packing, or dispatch operations.
• Proficiency in operating manual handling equipment and understanding of health and safety practices.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy when processing stock movements.
• Good communication, teamwork, ownership, and continuous-improvement mindset.
