Enterprise Solution Architecture Analyst Co-Op (AI)

Location: Chaska, Minnesota, United States; onsite full-time co-op

Salary: $20–$30 per hour, depending on overall skills and experience.

What you will do

• Support reference architecture standards and exception processes across multiple technologies.
• Help incubate emerging technologies by building demonstrable solutions involving Agentic AI, Inference AI, and Graph Analytics.
• Support architecture planning, capability development, application and technology portfolio management, solution architecture assurance, and innovation processes.
• Collaborate with Digital Engineering, Data Engineering, DevOps, business leadership, and IT teams to improve architecture tools, data, reporting, and processes.
• Facilitate technology lifecycle plans, technical diagrams, application communication diagrams, and capability definitions for business areas.
• Help make enterprise architecture practices easy to use and adopted across multiple teams.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled student graduating in 2027 or 2028.
• Business, engineering, or computer information services major; strategy-focused business majors are welcome.
• Available to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., from January through June.
• Exposure to IT applications or infrastructure and the ability to communicate with colleagues and IT leadership.
• Experience or familiarity with documentation, SharePoint, Teams, Jira, web services, REST APIs, GitHub DevOps, and security best practices.
