Nurse Practitioner (Primary Care)

Location: Fort Lauderdale, Florida, United States; onsite

Salary: $72,000–$96,000 per year for a schedule of 24 hours per week

What you will do

• Provide relationship-based primary care while practicing at the top of the license.
• Deliver preventive care, wellness services, chronic disease management, and urgent visits.
• Educate patients and build lasting relationships with patients and clients.
• Work autonomously and use clinical resources including UpToDate and RubiconMD.
• Participate in provider meetings, journal clubs, and grand rounds.

Requirements

• Active nurse practitioner license and current ANCC or AANP board certification.
• Independent practice authority is preferred where applicable under state regulations.
• Federal DEA number is preferred and may be required for full prescribing ability.
• CPR/BLS certification is required by the start date.
• Independent family practice experience in routine wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visits is preferred.
