What you will do

• Provide people advisory and industrial relations support.
• Plan and support operational workforce planning and acquisition.
• Plan and implement change management initiatives.
• Support workforce transition activities.
• Serve as a local emergency response team member.
• Lead or tailor sub-regional and country-level projects and programs for local implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline.
• At least four years of experience in HR or a related field.
• Ability to work onsite in Angeles City, Philippines.
• Availability for a regular 40-hour work week.
