HR Generalist (HRIS/Compliance)

hirify.global operates in a BSP-regulated financial services environment requiring structured HR administration and regulatory compliance support.

What you will do

• Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contracts, personnel records, transfers, and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate and audit-ready employee data in the HRIS.
• Assist with labor law compliance, BSP-related HR policies, statutory reporting, and regulatory documentation.
• Respond to employee questions about policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Prepare HR reports and metrics and help maintain the employee handbook.
• Support internal audits and regulator-facing documentation requests.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as an HR generalist, HR coordinator, or HR assistant.
• Experience in a bank or other BSP-regulated financial institution is strongly preferred.
• Understanding of Philippine labor law fundamentals, including DOLE requirements and SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG statutory benefits.
• Comfortable using HRIS or other HR systems, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and good written and verbal communication in English.

Nice to have

• Exposure to compliance, internal audit, or regulatory reporting processes.
• Experience with HRIS implementation or process digitization.
