HR Operations Manager

What you will do

• Own end-to-end HR processes for frontline employees, including high-volume onboarding, shift and attendance management, disciplinary processes, and offboarding.
• Identify repetitive HR Operations workflows and design and implement automation using HRIS and Operations tools.
• Partner with Workforce Management and Operations to align HR processes with scheduling, shift patterns, and headcount planning.
• Ensure frontline HR practices comply with Philippine labor law and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Lead process improvement projects that reduce manual HR Operations workload and improve employee experience at scale.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of HR generalist experience with meaningful exposure to frontline, shift-based, or high-headcount operational teams.
• Demonstrated experience improving or automating HR and Operations processes, including tools, workflows, trackers, or systems.
• Strong working knowledge of Philippine labor law as applied to frontline, hourly, or shift-based employees.
• Comfort working with HRIS platforms, workflow and automation tools, and data using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Good written and verbal communication in English.

Nice to have

• Experience in banking, fintech, or another regulated environment.
• End-to-end experience with HR process automation projects, from design and build through rollout.
