Senior Manager, Web Strategy & AI Experience

What you will do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the corporate website and key sales and marketing applications.
• Lead the integration of AI into development workflows, content generation, prototyping, UX personalization, and customer experiences.
• Drive technical SEO, LLM-aware content, AEO/GEO strategy, structured data, experimentation, and conversion testing.
• Manage and mentor a small web development team while setting performance standards and supporting professional growth.
• Partner with design, UI, product, marketing, technical teams, and leadership to evolve the component library and design system.
• Improve digital performance, accessibility, responsiveness, and time-to-market across web experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading web strategy or design, or digital product management, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Hands-on experience with React, Next.js, web infrastructure, vibe-coding tools, and database or CMS systems.
• Experience integrating AI and LLM-driven coding tools such as Cursor, Lovable, or devs.ai into development or content workflows.
• Experience with technical SEO, performance optimization, structured data, and LLM-aware content strategies.
• Experience managing technical teams and leading cross-functional initiatives with product, design, and marketing stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working through ambiguity and rapidly changing AI tools and approaches.
