Global Communications Systems Engineer (NICE CXone): Deploying, integrating, and enhancing the NICE CXone contact center platform and CRM connections for a European communications technology rollout with an accent on telephony, business requirements, and customer-facing applications. Focus on configuring call flows and automation, troubleshooting VoIP and SIP integrations, and building reports, dashboards, and technical support processes.
Location: Remote from any EMEA location; availability during European business hours is required. No routine travel is required, though occasional travel may be requested for selected large-country rollouts.

What you will do
- Support the European rollout and ongoing development of customer-facing communications technology.
- Deploy, configure, integrate, and enhance the NICE CXone contact center platform and CRM connections.
- Develop call flows, business rules, alerts, process flows, integrations, and automation.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and functional or technical designs.
- Provide hands-on support for telephony and communication applications, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability and customer experience.
- Create SOPs, onboarding materials, training, reports, dashboards, data-quality controls, and KPIs.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience developing, deploying, configuring, or supporting contact center platforms or software.
- Working knowledge of telephony technologies, including PSTN/POTS and VoIP/SIP.
- Experience integrating a contact center platform with Salesforce or another CRM system.
- Experience gathering business requirements, producing technical designs, and developing and executing tests.
- Degree or certification in IT, telecommunications, programming, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Advanced to fluent written and spoken English for technical and business communication.

- Experience with NICE CXone and Salesforce.
- Programming or application-development experience.
- Experience supporting multi-country technology rollouts.
- Experience developing user training, reports, or dashboards.
- Proficiency in another major European language.
