Head of Business Systems & Security (AI)

What you will do

• Own the business systems estate, including Salesforce, NetSuite, Workato, DealHub, integrations, and underlying data governance.
• Set the systems architecture, operating model, governance, and product roadmap.
• Own the SOC 2 Type II programme, security policies, risk register, identity and access management, and device estate.
• Lead customer security assurance, including questionnaires, RFPs, and enterprise due diligence.
• Define AI adoption, governance, acceptable-use controls, data handling, training, and workflow automation across the business.
• Lead a small team of systems engineers and manage specialist delivery partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of business systems, IT, or BizTech leadership in B2B SaaS, including at least 3 years leading a function or team.
• Hands-on ownership of enterprise CRM, ERP, and integration platforms; experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, and Workato or equivalent systems.
• Accountable ownership of a SOC 2 Type II or ISO 27001 programme.
• Experience owning identity and access management, SSO, and device estates for 100+ employees across multiple countries.
• Strong practical AI experience, including using AI in daily work and embedding it into operational workflows.
• Ability to explain technical trade-offs as commercial impact and make architecture and tooling decisions at executive level.
