Marketing Associate

Location: Remote, United States; Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

Salary: $55,000–$65,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

What you will do

• Manage and execute email marketing campaigns and related content.
• Create, schedule, and manage social media content.
• Research and qualify marketing leads and route inbound requests to the appropriate parties.
• Maintain marketing database quality and enter lead information into the CRM.
• Update the website and publish blog content.
• Collaborate on marketing and business development projects.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar marketing role.
• Experience with social media platforms and content scheduling.
• Experience managing CRM data.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Pardot, Mailchimp, or HubSpot.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and effective time management.
• Must be based in the United States for this remote position.
