Solutions Consultant (AI Procurement Platform): Owning customer onboarding and implementation for an AI-native procurement platform from process discovery and configuration through go-live, with an accent on integrations, custom workflows, and customer enablement. Focus on designing procurement workflows, troubleshooting implementations, and translating customer feedback into product roadmap improvements.
Location: Brno, Czech Republic. Candidates must be legally able to work in the specified region.

What you will do
- Own the full onboarding and implementation lifecycle from process discovery and technical configuration through go-live.
- Configure Intake to Procure and related platform capabilities around each customer's procurement processes.
- Advise customers on integrating and embedding workflows and integration products into existing systems.
- Use agentic workflows and AI-powered insights to accelerate configuration, testing, and issue discovery.
- Deliver customer training and Q&A sessions, partnering with Product and account teams to resolve issues.
- Share implementation feedback with Product to influence the platform roadmap.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience, including 2–3 years in solutions consulting, project management, or functional advisory work.
- Experience managing multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- Strong communication, documentation, ownership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work hands-on with software configuration and integrations is beneficial.
- Comfort reading JSON and API documentation is beneficial.
- Legal ability to work in the specified Czech region is required.
Nice to have
- Experience with B2B procure-to-pay processes.
- Experience with Coupa, SAP Ariba, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, or Sage.
- Hands-on experience with software configuration and integrations.
- Active interest in experimenting with AI tools.
