TL;DR
C# Developer (.NET/Azure/AWS): Building and supporting enterprise-level software systems and full-stack .NET applications with an accent on C#, REST APIs, databases, testing, and CI/CD. Focus on designing scalable solutions, integrating software systems, optimizing application performance, and implementing secure Agile development practices.
Location: 100% remote within the United States; candidates from California, Colorado, Illinois, New Jersey, and New York are not considered
Salary: $85,389–$116,975 annually

What you will do
- Plan, design, integrate, test, deploy, operate, and maintain software systems and subsystems.
- Develop and support full-stack .NET applications using C# and MVC architecture.
- Build reusable solutions within Agile development frameworks and support production deployments.
- Design and integrate RESTful APIs, databases, third-party libraries, SDKs, and cloud services.
- Apply test automation, modularization, code reviews, documentation, and software engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and development colleagues, participate in daily stand-ups, and mentor junior developers.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship is required for this opportunity.
- Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance and meet government investigation requirements.
- At least five years of professional software development experience using .NET technologies, with experience delivering complex enterprise applications.
- Strong expertise in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, MVC, OOP, design patterns, REST APIs, SQL Server, and Entity Framework.
- Experience with Azure or AWS, Git or TFS/TFVC, CI/CD, unit testing frameworks, Agile methodologies, DevOps, and infrastructure as code.
- A bachelor's degree with eight or more years of experience, a master's degree with five or more years, or a Ph.D. with three or more years in a relevant technical discipline.
Nice to have
- Experience with EDI X.12 medical claims, including 837, 834, and 277 transactions.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization with Kubernetes, ECS, or EKS.
