Master .NET Specialist (.NET)

Location: Remote from Brazil

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain complex back-end services using C#, ADO.NET, and SQL Server.
• Implement and evolve SOAP and REST APIs, including versioning, security, performance, and documentation.
• Develop integrations between multiple systems and services using appropriate design patterns and architectural principles.
• Ensure reliability through unit and integration testing, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis of production incidents.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior and mid-level engineers, and provide technical guidance.
• Contribute to CI/CD workflows and recommend improvements to existing solutions.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core in high-volume production systems.
• Advanced hands-on experience with C#, ADO.NET, SQL Server, database design, optimization, and performance tuning.
• Strong experience with SOAP and RESTful services, XML serialization and deserialization, and software design patterns.
• Experience designing tests, troubleshooting complex issues, and performing root-cause analysis.
• Advanced English proficiency is required; all communication is conducted in English.
• Must be based in Brazil for the remote position.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with specification-driven development and agentic software development approaches.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
