TL;DR
Master .NET Specialist (Brazil) (.NET/C#/Backend): Building and maintaining complex back-end services and SOAP/REST APIs with an accent on database performance, integration, testing, and production-grade .NET development. Focus on designing scalable solutions, performing root-cause analysis, mentoring junior developers, and improving CI/CD workflows.

What you will do
- Design, build, and maintain back-end services using C#, ADO.NET, and SQL Server.
- Create and improve SOAP and REST APIs according to best practices and version standards.
- Write unit and integration tests, troubleshoot code, and perform root-cause analysis.
- Integrate systems and services using software design patterns.
- Review code, mentor junior developers, and guide the team in adopting new technologies and best practices.
- Contribute to CI/CD workflows for automated testing and deployment.
Requirements
- Strong production experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core.
- Deep knowledge of ADO.NET and SQL Server, including database design and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience building SOAP and REST APIs.
- Ability to read and write XML data.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and best practices.
- Advanced English proficiency and the ability to work in English-speaking, multicultural, fast-paced teams.
- Ownership, continuous improvement, clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, collaboration, and adaptability when requirements change or situations are unclear.
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
- Knowledge of specification-driven development.
- Exposure to Agile development methods.
- Understanding of modern software development approaches.
