TL;DR
Master .NET Developer (Backend/.NET): Design, build, and maintain complex back-end services and integrations using .NET, C#, ADO.NET, SQL Server, SOAP, and REST with an accent on API evolution, database performance, and service reliability. Focus on implementing software design patterns, troubleshooting integration issues, conducting testing and code reviews, and contributing to CI/CD workflows.

What you will do
- Design, build, and maintain back-end services using C#, ADO.NET, and SQL Server.
- Implement and evolve SOAP and REST APIs using versioning standards and development best practices.
- Integrate systems and services through software design patterns and reliable service architecture.
- Ensure quality through unit and integration testing, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with multicultural teams.
- Contribute to CI/CD workflows and apply emerging technologies to improve existing solutions.
Requirements
- Strong production experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core.
- Solid knowledge of ADO.NET and SQL Server, including database design and performance tuning.
- Hands-on experience with SOAP, RESTful services, and XML serialization/deserialization.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and development best practices.
- Advanced or fluent English is required for communication in a multicultural team.
- Proactive ownership, adaptability, resilience, and effective communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
- Familiarity with specification-driven and agentic approaches to software development.
- Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
