Commercial Product Manager (Wholesale Banking)

Location: Expo Business Park, Romania; hybrid way of working with a flexible schedule and short-week options.

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of transaction services products across payments, cash and liquidity management, and digital channels.
• Define product strategy, propositions, roadmaps, business requirements, commercial execution, lifecycle management, performance, and P&L.
• Represent customer needs through market, competitor, and customer research and identify opportunities for product improvement and growth.
• Lead or coordinate product-related change projects with Sales, Client Services, Sector teams, local stakeholders, and the international Product Management Network.
• Build and track business cases, product performance data, customer materials, communications, and satisfaction surveys.
• Manage non-financial risks, product approvals, reviews, audits, controls, regulatory compliance, and relationships with external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Approximately 3–6 years of experience in product, project, or change management, preferably in a coordinating role.
• Approximately 6 years of relevant experience in banking with corporate clients and financial institutions.
• Experience with customer accounts, incoming and outgoing payments, account statements, digital channels, or cash pooling.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, time-management, innovation, ownership, and adaptability skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, economics, business administration, or a related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Romanian are required.
