What you will do

• Drive the strategic product roadmap for consumer deposits and withdrawals across multiple European geographies.
• Lead a cross-functional engineering squad to deliver high-velocity agile execution through precise PRDs.
• Architect robust payment state machines and idempotent systems to eliminate transaction failures.
• Build intelligent payment routing and cascading logic to optimize conversion and reduce funnel drop-off.
• Optimize unit economics by reducing processing costs through routing efficiencies and commercial negotiations.
• Automate broker operations for ledgering, settlement monitoring, and exception handling.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in high-growth B2C fintech, neobanks, or retail broker platforms.
• Deep structural knowledge of financial rails including SEPA, SEPA Instant, Faster Payments, and Card Schemes.
• Strong fluency in API ergonomics, webhooks, and microservices architecture.
• Expertise in data analysis using SQL or tools like Tableau and Qlikview.
• Must be based in Vienna, Austria for a hybrid work arrangement.
